Exchange Policy

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags

  • Exchange allowed in case of: wrong size, incorrect item, or defect

Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued in special cases, such as out-of-stock items, or faulty products that can’t be exchanged. Refunds are processed via bank transfer within 7–10 working days.

Note:

  • No exchange/refund on sale or discounted items

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the fault is on our end
