Exchange Policy
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
Products must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags
Exchange allowed in case of: wrong size, incorrect item, or defect
Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued in special cases, such as out-of-stock items, or faulty products that can’t be exchanged. Refunds are processed via bank transfer within 7–10 working days.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the fault is on our end
